王琦,國醫大師。北京中醫藥大學終身教授,博士生導師,第四屆中央保健委員會會診專家,國際歐亞科學院院士。現任北京中醫藥大學國家中醫體質與治未病研究院院長。中華中醫藥學會中醫體質分會主任委員,世界中醫藥學會聯合會體質研究專業委員會會長,中國醫療保健國際交流促進會中醫分會主任委員,國家中醫藥管理局中醫體質辨識重點研究室主任。全國老中醫藥專家學術經驗繼承指導老師,中醫藥傳承博士後合作導師。國家重點基礎研究發展計畫(“973”計畫)首席科學家,享受國務院特殊津貼的有突出貢獻專家。2013年獲全國優秀科技工作者稱號、首都勞動獎章、何梁何利基金科技進步獎,2014年獲中華中醫藥學會終身成就獎。香港浸會大學榮譽教授,澳門科技大學榮譽教授。
構建並完善了中醫體質學、中醫男科學、中醫藏象學、中醫腹診學四大學術體系,開拓了中醫原創思維、中醫未病學等新的學科領域。先後主持國家級科研專案12項(包括“973”專案2項,國家自然科學基金重點項目2項),獲得國家科技進步二等獎1項,部級一等獎8項,二等獎6項,發明專利15項。主編專著67部,發表論文500餘篇,SCI收錄25篇。先後培養學術繼承人9人、博士後14人、博士、碩士研究生共104名,各省師承人員39人及省市研修人才數十名。
WANG Qi, Grand Master of Chinese Medicine. Dean of the National Institution of TCM Constitution and Preventive Medicine, BUCM. Currently Tenured Professor and Doctoral Advisor at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Clinical Expert of the 4th Central Health Protection Committee, and Academician of International Academy of Sciences for Europe and Asia. Chairman of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Research Branch at the China Association of Chinese Medicine, President of the Specialty Committee of Constitution Research at the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (“WFCMS”), Chairman of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Branch at the China International Exchange and Promotion Association for Medical and Health Care (“CPAM”), Director of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Identification Key Laboratory of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the People’s Republic of China. He also is a supervisor guiding the inheritance of academic experience and special expertise from experienced experts of traditional Chinese medicine, postdoctoral co-supervisor for inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine, chief scientist for the National Basic Research Program (“973” Program), and the Expert with Special Government Allowances of the State Council for outstanding contribution. In 2013, he was recognized for the “National Excellent Science and Technology Worker”, a “Capital Labor Medal” and the Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation. In 2014, he was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award from the China Association of Chinese Medicine. He is also an Honorary Professor at Hong Kong Baptist University and Macau University of Science and Technology.
He built and improved the four major academic systems of traditional Chinese medicine, constitution, andrology, viscera-state and abdominal diagnosis. He developed new frontiers such as the original thinking and the premorbid treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. He has presided over 12 state-level scientific research projects (including two “973” projects and two key program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China), won one second-class prizes of the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award, eight ministerial-level first-class awards, six ministerial-level second-class awards, and 15 patents. He has been the chief editor of 67 monographs and published more than 500 papers, 25 of which were included in SCI. He has trained a total of 160 academic successors, postdoctoral students, doctoral students and postgraduate students.
