卞兆祥，香港浸會大學中醫藥講座教授， 臨床部主任，香港中醫藥臨床研究中心主任。長期從事中西醫結合治療消化系統疾病的臨床與臨床基礎研究，是中藥複方臨床研究報告國際規範的主要起草者，與香港中文大學醫學院合作，研究中藥複方治療腸易激綜合征，並獲得中國藥品與食品監督管理局的新藥臨床試驗證書；已在國內國際發表論文三百餘篇，出版專著4部，參編專著6部，申報中國及美國專利80余項，兼任Trials, Chinese Medicine 及 BMC complementary and alternative Medicine副主編。
